I have to say i have dealt with several agents in Durham Region .some were ok some were not. Kyle was outstanding. We rode a emotional rollercoaster of a Market . He stayed calm while i lost it some days. He helped me declutter , he staged my house he was available literally 24/7 always responded with in half hour was the longest. When i had some unforeseen circumstances. Kyle was there to offer to rent a truck and help me pack anything i needed. He had lawyers and all contacts even helped with movers. He is by far the most committed agent i have seen . Although i feel i could of been a better seller i do not think you will find a more honest , hardworking , attentive agent .
